China born, Yu, has been residing in the Bay Area for over 25 years. His background includes 15-plus years experience as an executive chef.
Yu brings a wealth of culinary expertise to Mosaic Restaurant and Lounge with his unique menu featuring American favorites, as well as Asian Fusion cuisine.
