Chef Richard Yu

Mosaic Restaurant and Lounge, the new restaurant in the Four Points by Sheraton San Jose Downtown is delighted to announce the recent change in executive chef, Richard Yu.

China born, Yu, has been residing in the Bay Area for over 25 years. His background includes 15-plus years experience as an executive chef.

Yu brings a wealth of culinary expertise to Mosaic Restaurant and Lounge with his unique menu featuring American favorites, as well as Asian Fusion cuisine.
